Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because planning requires dedicated time, research, and professional expertise, the following cancellation terms apply once an engagement begins.

Before quotes or a proposal are delivered

Once planning work has begun, including research, proposal creation, or preparation of travel options, a non-refundable $150 Planning Cancellation Fee is due if you cancel.

After quotes or a proposal are delivered

Once quotes, pricing options, or a proposed itinerary have been delivered, a non-refundable $250 Proposal Cancellation Fee is due immediately upon cancellation. This fee replaces the $150 Planning Cancellation Fee. It is not an additional fee.

Complimentary work

The applicable cancellation fee applies whether the planning was complimentary or completed under a paid planning service.

Planning fees

All planning fees already paid are non-refundable.

Supplier policies

Supplier deposit, cancellation, modification, and refund policies apply separately. Any supplier penalties or costs are in addition to the applicable planning or proposal cancellation fee.

How to cancel

Cancellation must be submitted by email and becomes effective when we receive the written notice.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Depending on the policy and the reason for cancellation, it may help protect against covered financial losses. Without applicable coverage, supplier penalties may result in the loss of some or all trip costs.
