1. Scope of Services

The Suite Stories provides luxury travel planning services including trip design, cruise arrangements, hotel and resort placement, itinerary creation, and travel consulting. The Suite Stories acts as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel. I do not own, operate, or control the hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, or travel suppliers involved in your trip.

All travel components are purchased and billed directly through each supplier.

2. Planning Fees

Planning fees are charged based on the service engaged and are 100% non-refundable. All fees are due in full before work begins and do not apply to or reduce the cost of your trip.

Full Travel Design starts at $600. Cruise + Essentials starts at $400 and includes cruise planning, pre-cruise hotel placement, transfers, and travel insurance coordination. Travel Management starts at $300 and is offered on a limited basis.

3. Supplier Terms

Each supplier maintains its own policies regarding payments, changes, cancellations, documentation requirements, and service conditions. By booking travel, you agree to comply with the terms set by each supplier. The Suite Stories cannot modify or override supplier policies.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate traveler information, reviewing confirmations upon receipt, meeting all payment deadlines, ensuring passports and visas are valid for all travelers, purchasing travel insurance, and understanding that travel involves inherent risks. Failure to provide accurate or timely information may result in additional fees or changes to your itinerary.

5. Changes and Cancellations

All changes or cancellations are subject to supplier policies and the cancellation fee structure outlined in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Additional planning fees may apply if significant itinerary changes are requested after planning is underway.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

Clients are responsible for confirming that all travelers hold valid passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other required documentation. Requirements vary by destination and may change at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Suite Stories is not liable for acts or omissions of any hotel, resort, airline, cruise line, tour operator, or travel supplier; schedule changes, delays, strikes, or cancellations; natural events, weather conditions, or emergencies; illness, injury, property damage, or theft occurring during travel; or lost travel opportunities due to client delays or missing information. All travel is undertaken at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including itineraries, digital files, designs, and written materials, is the intellectual property of The Suite Stories. Materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services provided by The Suite Stories are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lenexa, Kansas.

By using this website or engaging services through The Suite Stories, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
