HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

One standard.
Every journey.

My clients are not looking for more choices. They are looking for the right one, handled correctly. Below is the full scope of what I design and how every engagement is structured — from a focused cruise booking to a complex multi-destination journey.

All engagements begin with a planning fee paid before work starts. The fee is 100% non-refundable and reflects the work that begins immediately upon confirmation. Details shared upon inquiry.

The planning fee covers the design, research, and advisory work I do on your behalf. It is separate from and in addition to the cost of your trip, flights, hotels, and any activities or experiences booked.

CRUISE PLANNING

The right sailing,
decided correctly.

Every engagement begins with a planning fee. This is not a deposit toward your travel costs. It is what secures my time, my access, and the level of work I bring to every itinerary I design. I keep my client list selective by design. The planning fee is part of how that standard is maintained.

Preferred partner access, suite selection, and shore experience planning at a level most booking channels cannot reach.

ADVISORY ENGAGEMENTS

For journeys that extend beyond the ship.

Three engagement structures for complex land itineraries, transfers in progress, and ongoing travel management.

Advisory 01

Full Travel Design

Planning fee from $600

For complex land itineraries where every element needs to hold together. Destination selection, property placement, routing, timing, reservations, and execution are handled as a complete design, not a checklist. This is for travelers who want nothing left to interpretation once they depart.

Advisory 02

Transfer & Integration

Planning fee from $250

For travelers who have started the process elsewhere and need it properly finished. Existing bookings are reviewed, re-optimized where possible, and integrated into an experience that functions as a whole. What was booked in pieces becomes a designed trip.

Transfer eligibility is determined by the property or cruise line. Most require the booking to have been made within the past 14 days. Availability depends on whether the property or cruise line is within my partner network.

BEYOND THE CRUISE

The full scope of
what I design.

Every engagement is built around one principle: getting the journey exactly right. That applies whether you are boarding a ship, checking into a villa, or doing both.

What Happens When You Inquire

The process is simple.

01

You submit a brief inquiry

A short application so I understand your travel history, what you are drawn to, and what matters most. No phone tag, no forms that go nowhere.

02

I review and respond personally

Within one to two business days. All communication is conducted via email. Phone and text are reserved for travel days and emergencies onl

04

I handle everything from there

Reservations, logistics, timing, questions that come up along the way. You stay in the experience. I stay in the details.

03

A planning fee begins our work

My work begins with a planning fee. Details are shared upon inquiry. All fees are 100% non-refundable and due before work begins.

THIS IS FOR YOU:

You are the right fit if.

  • Your time is genuinely limited and you want one recommendation, not five options

  • You have traveled well before and know what the upper tier actually feels like

  • You are planning a trip that needs to be exactly right — milestone, multi-generational, or long-anticipated

  • You expect your advisor to lead, not wait to be told what to do

  • You plan 12 to 24 months out and understand why the best inventory disappears first

NOT THE RIGHT FIT:

This is not for you if.

  • You are looking for the lowest price or a last-minute deal

  • You want to stay in control of the details yourself

  • You need to be persuaded that a planning fee is worth it

  • You expect availability outside a structured, email-primary engagement
