This is a short application, not a quote request. I use it to understand where you are in your thinking, what kind of travel you are drawn to, and whether this is the right fit — before either of us goes further.
I respond personally within one to two business days. All communication is via email. Phone and text are reserved for travel days and emergencies only.
A planning fee begins all engagements. This is not a consultation fee. It is the beginning of the work — research, design, and execution that starts the moment we confirm the engagement.
If you were referred by someone already working with me, note their name in your inquiry. A credit of $100 toward the planning fee is applied to each of you at engagement, valid for engagements confirmed within 6 months of the referral. Only one credit may be applied per engagement. Offer expires December 31, 2026.

Reservations, logistics, timing, questions that come up along the way. You stay in the experience. I stay in the details.
