I respond personally within one to two business days. All communication is via email. Phone and text are reserved for travel days and emergencies only.

A planning fee begins all engagements. This is not a consultation fee. It is the beginning of the work — research, design, and execution that starts the moment we confirm the engagement.

A planning fee begins our work

My work begins with a planning fee. If you were referred, the $100 credit will be applied at this stage for both you and the person who referred you. Details are shared upon inquiry.
